SYNCNTUNE is a music distribution company that helps independent artists and labels distribute their music to various digital streaming platforms and services. When you sign up with SYNCNTUNE, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be an independent artist or label who owns or controls the rights to the music you wish to distribute through SYNCNTUNE. You must also be 18 years or older to use our service.
2. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the content you distribute through SYNCNTUNE. You agree that you will not distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or infringes on any third party rights.
3. FEES
SYNCNTUNE charges a one-time fee per release, which covers the cost of distributing your music to various streaming platforms. You can choose from different distribution packages depending on your needs. You are responsible for paying any additional fees that may be charged by the streaming platforms.
4. ROYALTIES
You agree to receive royalties from the streaming platforms directly. Glissando Distro does not collect any royalties on your behalf.
5. TERM AND TERMINATION
The distribution agreement between you and SYNCNTUNE will be ongoing until either party terminates the agreement. You can terminate the agreement at any time by contacting us. SYNCNTUNE reserves the right to terminate the agreement if you breach any of the terms and conditions.
6. DATA PRIVACY
SYNCNTUNE will collect and use your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. We will not share your personal data with any third party without your consent.
7. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SYNCNTUNE, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our service.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
